Tribe Salon and Spa offers COMPLIMENTARY services to any woman undergoing chemotherapy. If you or someone you love is losing their hair or fearful of losing their hair due to cancer treatment, call us.
We can help ease the transition with a shorter pixie cut or remove it all at once with a clipper shave. We can teach you how to do your daily makeup and still feel like you...We can talk about caring for wigs and products that help manage skin changes...or we can not talk at all.
We can do all of this on the salon floor or in a private room.
We've been there, we get it and we know it's so much easier to fight when you have an entire Tribe of supporters behind you!
CULTIVATING SMILES
Tribe also offers COMPLIMENTARY haircuts to anyone donating 8 inches or more to Children With Hair Loss.
CWHL creates and distributes wigs to children and young adults with varying medical conditions including cancer, alopecia, autoimmune disorders and tragic burns. CWHL offers these confident-boosting gifts for free, so we are more than happy to do our part for free too!

LENDING A HAND
Did you know more than 1.7 billion people around the world do not have access to the financial services needed to start or grow their own small business? Kiva.org is an international nonprofit with a mission to bring financial options to underserved communities via MICROLOANS. Kiva has funded $1.6 billion loans in 77 different countries since 2005.
100% of every Kiva loan goes directly to strictly vetted borrowers resulting in a repayment rate of 96%. Once a microloan is repaid, the lender can withdraw their funds OR RE-lend the same money again!
We are grateful to everyone that helped launch our small business and are eager to assist other less fortunate women-owned small businesses around the world.
We began our own TRIBE KIVA FUND in December 2021. Our first borrower, Eugenia from Ecuador, has already repaid her microloan in full, and we've chosen to re-lend our fund to another small business owned by Jane in Kenya. KEEPING IT SIMPLE
CANCELATION POLICY
We are an appointment-based small business and last-minute cancelations can have a dramatic impact on the income of your favorite Tribe stylist. We do everything that we can to help avoid this. Each time you schedule an appointment at Tribe, our system will send you THREE text messages.
- A booking text is sent right away to remind you to add the appointment to your own calendar.
- A confirmation text is sent 48 hours in advance of your appointment. We ask that you please respond to this text, so that we have an opportunity to offer your time to another guest if you need to reschedule.
- A reminder text is sent 24 hours in advance as an “extra mile” courtesy for our most forgetful clients. =)
If after all of these nudges, you still forget to reschedule within 48 hours or you simply do not show up for your appointment, our system will notify you that a pre-paid, non-refundable deposit of $50 per hour will be required to book future appointments.
This protects our Tribe stylists from experiencing unexpected financial loss and works similarly to the way concert or sporting event tickets work – if you choose not to attend, there are no refunds.
